This initiative began as part of a larger campaign for a Hyvä-powered eCommerce migration. One of our senior Magento developers had never posted on LinkedIn before. We designed a launch kit that included:
Kickstart Blog: Collaborated on a technical blog around "Building Shopify Stores with Hyvä" which ranked #4 for the core keyword ("hyva theme shopify") within two weeks.
Content Cadence: Created a 4-week post roadmap tailored to their comfort and schedule.
Developer-Friendly Prompts: Designed lightweight content prompts that aligned with ongoing projects and pull requests.
Proof of Performance: Blog received organic traction, drove relevant peer engagement, and was used in outbound pitches.
For the team, I didn’t want to limit this to a vanity posting exercise. It was intended to be a behavior-shifting intervention to:

We repeated the same for a Senior Shopify Developer. Co-created a post around Functions migration and modular builds, and mapped from outlines we brainstormed together. This was the start of a long-term initiative to turn high-trust builders into high-visibility brand advocates.
Founder-Led Marketing Advisory (Consulting Project)

This was a full-funnel content system built around the founder’s personal brand.
Scope of Work:
Content Architecture: Mapped content pillars (product, founder POV, GTM narratives, team culture).
Post Planning: Built a calendar with 16 post ideas per month, covering short-form videos, text posts, and hiring POV content.
Video Content System: Created hook-first video scripts and outlines for 30–60 second founder videos.
Production Playbook: Shared best practices for recording raw footage, voice clarity, and visual framing.
Distribution Coaching: Trained founder on post timing, commenting cadence, and inbound engagement.
The strategy included:
A fortnightly call for ideation and feedback.
A shared content calendar and review system.
12–16 posts shipped/month, combining video + text.
